Human Resources Coordinator

  • Answer routine employee requests and questions
  • Administer and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff members
  • Administer the HRIS system, including keeping accurate employee, PTO and performance records
  • Compose and distribute written correspondence on behalf of the Human Resources Department
  • Create and implement an organized retention system for documents, files, forms, manuals and policies
  • Assist in maintaining an updated version of the employee manual
  • Maintain employee files to ensure legal compliance
  • Oversee and administer the paid time off and leave of absence programs
  • Administer and manage The Journey’s 90 day and annual review processes in HRIS system
  • Assist the Human Resources Generalist with the creation of training and development programs and materials
  • Assist in managing applicant flow: manage the application process, schedule interviews, send follow up emails, and manage the assessment process
  • File, update job descriptions, and assist with various projects as needed
  • Provide research for policies, training, and programs
  • All other duties as assigned

    Status: Part-time, non-exempt
    Schedule: Flexible
    Hours: 25-29 hours/week
    Benefits: 403b, cell phone reimbursement, accrued paid vacation and sick leave
