1. Read Daily

This new Bible reading plan focuses on both individual reading and engaging with scripture together in community. Success for this plan looks a little bit different than past plans.

The challenge — should you choose to accept it — is to read and engage with the scripture daily. If you get behind, simply start again. Focus on reading today, not on completing the entire year.

2. Engage with Scripture

After you read, engage in the text. Choose one of the methods below to help root it in your heart (you can choose based on the genre of the text, your personal preference, or both). Whatever framework you decide on, look for ways to use it personally and in community.

Examples: you could take personal notes or journal based on the prompts from one of the frameworks; you could also respond to the same prompt in conversation with a spouse, friend, or community group member.
