    Proverbs 2:6-9; 3:27; 17:5

    Jeremy Irwin continues our summer series from Hanley Road.

  • Proverbs 2:6-9

    For the Lord gives wisdom;
    from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;
    he stores up sound wisdom for the upright;
    he is a shield to those who walk in integrity,
    guarding the paths of justice
    and watching over the way of his saints.
    Then you will understand righteousness and justice
    and equity, every good path;

    Proverbs 3:27

    27 Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, [1]
    when it is in your power to do it.

    Proverbs 17:5

    Whoever mocks the poor insults his Maker;
    he who is glad at calamity will not go unpunished. (ESV)
